Galina Langer, MD, B.Sc.Med., FRCP(C), FACC
Galina had graduated from University of Manitoba with MD and B.Sc.Med degree in 1984. She was awarded two Gold Medals during her undergraduate studies: one for Overall Excellency and one for Mathematics.
She then went on to pursue a specialty training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at the University of Toronto, followed by Heart and Stroke Fellowship in Electrophysiology.
Galina has been in private practice since 1990. Her special clinical interests include early diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, non invasive assessment of coronary artery disease, preventive cardiology, management of risk factors, differences in approach to heart disease in men and women.
Galina is a knowledgeable and patient physician who takes patient care with personal attention and genuine desire to help. She is respected by her colleagues and appreciated by her patients.
